We are happy to announce that the European Heart Journal published our review article about «Sex and Gender in Cardiovascular Medicine: Presentation and Outcomes of Acute Coronary Syndrome». We discuss the potential mechanisms and non-traditional risk conditions influencing gender and sex differences in vascular biology, clinical presentation, and outcomes of acute coronary syndrome.
