Alex focuses on oncology, cardio-oncology, and cancer imaging. After completing his medical studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany), he continued his clinical training in Medical Oncology at the University Hospital Zurich (Switzerland). He has also served as an attending physician at Stadtspital Waid and conducted research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich), studying novel Positron Emission Tomography (PET) tracers in ovarian and lung cancer. He is currently an attending physician in Oncology at the Kantonsspital Glarus. Alex is committed to making precision oncology not just a vision for the future but a reality in today’s clinical practice. He is dedicated to identifying the best treatment options for his patients and integrating novel imaging and sequencing technologies into everyday care.
